JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Effie is completing her Bachelor of Construction Management, building on her Diploma of Construction Management and years of hands-on business experience in her family’s retail company. Her strong process-driven mindset and passion for understanding the constructability of design elements make her a valuable asset to the GAXA team.

Away from the office, you’ll find Effie at the gym with a coffee in hand—or at a sushi bar daring anyone to match her love for wasabi.

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Alessandra provides operational and administrative support across the Group, assisting the project, design, and management teams in coordination, documentation, and workflow efficiency. Holding a degree in Interior Design, she brings a design-focused perspective to her operational role, complemented by experience in joinery management and builder contract administration. Her understanding of construction processes, compliance, and documentation ensures accuracy and consistency across all projects, supporting the seamless delivery of work across the group.

Demetrios manages content strategy and production across the Group, supporting the studio, project, and development divisions. With experience in media production and communications across the construction and hospitality sectors, he ensures consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned content across all platforms. His structured approach strengthens the group’s visibility and communication across both internal and client-facing channels.

DESIGN LEAD

Renz brings modern design principles and innovative construction methodologies to every project, supported by formal studies in the built environment. As Design Lead, he is responsible for design direction and documentation across the practice, ensuring precision, compliance, and quality in all outputs. Proficient in advanced industry software and sustainable design practices, he balances creativity with constructibility to deliver outcomes that are both efficient and enduring. Renz also has strong experience managing Development Application (DA) and planning approval processes, collaborating closely with external consultants and engineers to achieve coordinated, compliant design solutions.
