As the second Five Guys location in Australia, it follows a stringent brand bible, ensuring a consistent global identity from US to Amsterdam. The project scope encompasses the collaboration with heritage architects to integrate historical elements into the design, managing a Development Application with the City of Sydney, and executing major under-slab works to address weathered sandstone and install a new pump-out station.
